Many of our students are complete beginners. We start you on the Beginner Course (one-on-one), from the basic steps, at a pace that suits you.

Of course. If you would like to visit and observe a lesson, please call us and let us know.

Comfortable clothes you can move in are perfectly fine. Please bring a pair of indoor shoes (such as dance shoes) to wear in the studio. If you do not have any, rental shoes are available for 300 yen — just let us know your size when you book, though we may occasionally be out of stock. If you need to change, you are welcome to use the studio's changing room. As you continue, a member of staff will happily talk shoes through with you and arrange a pair that suits you.

Please bring a pair of indoor shoes to wear in the studio. If you would like to rent a pair (300 yen), please check size availability with us in advance when you book. A towel and something to drink are also handy to have.

No. You are welcome to take your time and decide afterwards. There is no hard sell on the day.

Joining as a pair is most welcome. Please let us know when you call to book.

The enrollment fee is normally 5,500 yen (tax included), but for those who apply through the website we offer it at half price (2,750 yen).

Yes. Almost everyone starts with no experience at all. We begin with the basic steps and work through them slowly, one-on-one.

There is no age limit. We adjust each lesson to your goals and your fitness, so people of any age can carry on at their own pace.

Yes. They are small classes built around a theme chosen by each teacher (for members). Subjects range from Latin to show dance.

Yes. The Kamakura studio holds "Under 60 (U-60)" on Tuesday evenings, and the Kawasaki studio on Thursday evenings. Many in their 30s, 40s and 50s come along, and it is an easy class to join on the way home from work.

There are times, such as during lessons, when we cannot take calls. Please leave a little time and try calling again.

The Kawasaki studio is 1 minute on foot from Keikyu Kawasaki Station and 3 minutes from JR Kawasaki Station. The Kamakura studio is right in front of JR Kamakura Station.
